Didactics

We believe that the best way to learn emergency medicine is through practical experience, but we also see the value of a strong educational program to enhance that learning. We use a unique block curriculum that incorporates spaced repetition to reinforce knowledge.

Residents gain experience in adult and pediatric emergency care, critical care, trauma, and procedural skills, with additional exposure to EMS, anesthesia, OB/GYN, and ultrasound.
